Chris Lechner is Executive Director for Precast Concrete Manufacturers’ Association of Texas. He has 10 years experience with precast concrete in addition to 8 years he spent in a similar role with the Ohio Concrete Masonry Association. Lechner lives in New Braunfels, Texas.
